Note: Final payment due at time of engineering. If city revisions, HOA design review or additional changes are needed, a change order will be applied at the standard hourly rate of $90/ hr; estimate of time to be given. All fees due prior to delivery of plans. Most initial consultations to be free of charge (when located within 30 miles). Out of region consults to incur a trip charge of $320/or 4 hours min, includes drive time (due prior to scheduled meeting).
Homeowner/ general contractor to provide all site plan and lot specific information, as needed; including code requirements, easements/ set-backs, HOA checklists, architectural/ historical reviews, civil engineering/ soil testing, etc…
LedgeStone Home Design retains all rights to the plans as designed and can be used at its discretion (stock plans, advertising, etc). Each plan is designed to be lot specific and may not be copied or re-used without purchasing rights each time it’s to be built. Stock plan fee: $.50/sq ft each lot (site plan/ changes billed at $90/sq ft). Engineering review/ re-stamp separate.
